TeamO Marine sign up as Official Supplier

TeamO Marine, the creator of the award-winning BackTow™ lifejacket, has signed up as an Official Supplier to the HJ Sailing campaign, ahead of the 2022 Golden Globe Race.

“It’s fantastic to have another great company like TeamO Marine on board as an Official Supplier,” explains Ian, skipper of HJ Sailing.

“I’ll be spending close to nine months alone at sea in some of the most volatile and remote environments on the globe, so minimising risk at every opportunity is really important to me, having the TeamO’s BackTow system on board is all part of doing just that, I hope I never need it, but it’s nice to know it’s there if I do.”

TeamO Marine’s BackTow™ lifejacket is the only lifejacket that will keep a sailor face up if they fall overboard whilst still clipped on to their vessel.

Founded by siblings Oscar and Lauren Mead, the business started out as just family in 2013, and now this small but dedicated teamwork from the TeamO factory in Southampton.
