Update from lockdown

It’s been a while…

Hi team, I’ve held off from updates over the recent weeks assuming everyone would have more important things on their minds and thinking that my Puffin refit posts seemed pretty trivial compared to a worldwide pandemic.

But it’s now been 8 weeks since Puffin was forced into her own self-isolation behind the locked gates of Pwllheli boatyard. Although this has put us badly behind the refit schedule for this summer’s sea trials, I’m still feeling pretty positive about progress on other fronts (under the circumstances anyway). Good things have been going on in the background and with the hint of restrictions being eased soon, I guess it’s time to start posting again?
