Back on the water at last…
Hi Team, good news as we end a busy week for Puffin…
With the easing of lockdown restrictions in Wales we were able to blast through the last remaining “on shore” jobs and get Puffin back into her element and alongside her new mooring at Plas Heli Sailing Club in sunny Pwllheli.
The rudder shoe was glassed after the bearings being changed and we took the opportunity to remove 2 through hull fittings and seacocks that we no longer need.
The new solent stay and refurbished furler are looking amazing and the custom stemhead fitting is a work of art; thanks to Jade at C9 Boat services for pulling all this together, just needs a nice new Yankee now from Sanders Sails .. if we can find a sponsor
